Virtual Sessions
All my sessions are done virtually through ZOOM. I recommend weekly sessions for at least the first month so we can get to know one another and determine your goals and needs.
Trusting the Process
Therapy is a process and, similar to other important things in life that require time and commitment, so does our mental health. We have to train our minds to become healthier and stronger (just as we have to train our bodies to do the same). There will be challenging moments… but also enjoyable ones! Be patient and stick with it through the discomfort. The results are well worth it. Those who persist often find greater stability, balance, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
